With unplanned water disruptions across the Suva to Nausori corridor, a Colo-i-Suva resident says the water disruption notice does not mean much to them because they already had no water supply since Christmas last year.

Atish Chand says it is sad to say that they cannot rely on the Water Authority of Fiji anymore.

He says because of constant disruptions he had to buy a $300 water pump and is dependent on rainwater now.

We have sent questions to the Water Authority of Fiji about the concerns raised by these residents.

Thousands of people living along the Suva to Nausori corridor have been told by the Water Authority of Fiji to expect low pressure to no water for at least one week as reservoirs are not recovering well to its healthy operational levels.
