Grog is not for the weak and this is a tale as old as time. The millennial question that every grogger has asked is HOW DO WE WAKE UP FRESH. Feeling like a sack of potatoes is basically what we all signed up for, but still, we would all want a cheat code of sorts.

We have all heard the fail attempts from the veteran G gang like don’t chaser sweets, try something salty or don’t chaser at all and not forgetting the wash down after every grog session.

You will hear different hacks for freshness when it comes up to post grog rituals. But all it comes down to is the science behind grogging when goes in must come out, whether it comes in or out in its purest form……that’s up to you. All in all, the dilemma after every grog session is that you need something in stomach.

Now that we have establish that we need something in your stomach…….now that hard which is to decide is it gonna be liquid or solid.

  1. Tea is a game changer; after drinking all that yucky (Yummy) juice, a good cuppa will go a long way in the morning.
  2. Food if you have the space this is a good practice, as you won’t feel heavy the next.
  3. Water is a must because quite frankly you need to balance some stuff in your stomach

So, these are some of the solutions that we have come up with…. guess we are still in a dilemma. The ball is in your court.
