This probably wouldn’t be the first time that a teenager has said something outrageous to their parents to cover up for their little white lie, but a 19-year-old Colombian pregnant woman is swearing by her story.
“I had stopped menstruating so my mother took me to the doctor. That’s when I found out that I was pregnant.”
This has sparked a lot of debate in the Latino community and media outlets have been going crazy with it.
According to the girl, before she found out she was pregnant, she had been experiencing supernatural activity in her room as well as in her dreams. It was around this time when her menstrual cycle started playing up.
She told her mother about it and so the mother took her to their OBGYN to find out what was wrong. The gyno told the young woman that she was pregnant and this is when the pregnant woman said that she has never been intimate with a man and that this could only be the work of an evil spirit. She understands that what she’s saying is quite unbelievable, but she swears that it’s the truth.
I know what you’re thinking. This is crazy and she’s probably lying just to save face in front of her mum which is also how most in the Latino community think, but you’ll also be surprised to know that there’s also a handsome amount of people that actually believe this girl’s story and who try to back it up with their own personal experience of the same situation.
