It was yesterday morning, and the FM96 crew was buzzing with excitement. Diwali is next Friday, and Artika’s house was in desperate need of a good cleaning before the celebrations. That’s when the FM96 Dust Busters, decided to step in.
The idea sparked instant excitement, especially with the support of Kasabias Pte Limited. They offered us some cleaning supplies.
By midday, the FM96 Dust Busters— Vula and Tyron—arrived at Artika’s house, armed with brooms, mops, and cleaning chemicals. Artika was stunned when she opened the door to find the duo in their FM96 t-shirts, ready to clean.
“I can’t believe you guys are doing this!” Artika exclaimed, half-laughing, half-teary.
With music blasting from a portable speaker—of course, “You Are My Soniya – Kareena Kapoor | Hrithik Roshan” playing—the crew got to work. Vula always the bubbly one, handled the kitchen area while Tyron, along with the Crackfast team tackled the tougher jobs, like scrubbing the porch area, wiping the walls and trimming plants.
By late afternoon, the house sparkled. Artika’s home had transformed into a warm, welcoming space for Diwali, and it was all thanks to the teamwork and love from her FM96 family—and the generous help of Kasabias.
Before they left, the crew shared a quick meal of tuna curry and rice. Then presented her a $250 gift voucher. As they said their goodbyes, Artika couldn’t stop smiling.
