Hieeeeeeee!!😂😊I’m Vula from the FM96 Tonight Show!☺️☺️

Growing up, people would always ask me why I never gained weight. It was kinda funny at first, but as I grew older, people would make fun of my body and would ask me alotta questions.

“Vula why are you so slim?”…… “Ae! Vula you haven’t changed one bit…”……“Vula how are you still slim after everything you’ve been eating??…. “Oileiii go mada and eat a lot of food blah blah blah..”👀

TBH I don’t even know where to start.😂😂

I’d usually reply with, “Oh I have a high metabolism rate”….

But that’s not only the reason why I’ve stayed this slim for the past 29years of breathing in this universe.😂😂

You see, I’m a football/ soccer player. I play for the Labasa Womens Football FC club, and I also play for the Suva Womens Futsal Club. Yeap it’s a handful.😂😂😂

Training or playing soccer lowers body fat and improves muscle tone. It builds strength, flexibility and endurance. increases muscle and bone strength. improves health due to shifts between walking, running and sprinting.

So you see, when I’m not lazying around at home or being a nuisance to my workmates and family, I’m at Albert Park or at the Football Academy training with the girls from my district and the other district teams as well.

Can you imagine having to work from 7pm till midnight?? Reach home around 1am, then you have your 8hrs of sleep , then it’s chores time  then it’s back to the grounds for training and back at work and start over again…..Well..that’s my life right there!😊🤧

I’ve  gotten so used to it that “being tired” is just an excuse.😂😂
