Marcel Leburn chose to invest his time and money in an affordable housing project in his hometown Brunswick, in the Eastern part of UK after selling his software company for millions of dollars.
Lebrun’s project aims to create a gated community, with 99 tiny houses for the homeless in his community to start afresh. Lebrun invested around $4 million of his own money into the project while the rest of the cash that came in grants was from government assistance.
Each tiny house has a full-serviced kitchen, living and sleeping space, a full bathroom a small deck, and solar panels on the roof.
The world needs more people like Marcel, don’t you agree?
