A woman in Canada is making headlines on social media after she demanded guests to pay $1500 CAD ($2900FJD) to attend her wedding.
What’s even more bizarre was that she also wanted that money to fund her dream wedding which should have cost $60,000CAD ($99,000FJD).
Bringing it closer to home, would you have budgeted that huge amount of money for your wedding? Cause realistically speaking, in a common Fijian wedding, it would be at most $5k to afford a wedding. Provided that your inlaws also fork out some money for it.
But this lady, she still decided to call off the wedding just because no one gave the amount that she had wanted.
She also took to social media to rant out her problem.

Our love was like a fairytale, we wanted an extravagant blow out wedding… A local psychic told us to go with the most expensive option, and we thought why the hell not?
We just needed a little push. Our dream wedding amounted to $60,000… All we asked was for a little help from our friends and family to make it happen.
