Many incredible tales about people who have won the lottery more than once have been told.
On her way home from picking up a $100,000 lottery jackpot, one woman won $300,000. Another person three times in three years won $50,000 playing a scratch-off lottery game.
Such tales are simply incomprehensible. Multiple victories like those should be nearly impossible given the probability of winning a significant sum when playing the lottery.
And yet, in the past 11 months, a man from Maryland has now won three $50,000 lottery prizes.
Even worse, he repeated the same set of numbers: 4-8-5-4-8.
The fortunate lottery player also shared his opinion that most winners stop playing once their number is drawn and that their number would never win again. He doesn’t, and it’s clear why.
