For a man in Africa, he got exactly that, after a football competition in Kanke, Plateau State.
The man was one of the key players in the game and in turn, was dubbed the Best Player in the competition and received the Man of the Match Award.
While he was expecting a Medal or an envelope full of money, what he got was pure surprise when they handed him a Puppy as his award.
Even though he was opting for something else, he found the puppy had melted his heart and took the puppy home with a huge smile on his face.
