A prison term has been imposed on Fetty Wap. The 31-year-old rapper, whose actual name is William Junior Maxwell II, was sentenced on Wednesday by a federal judge in New York to six years in prison and five years of post-release supervision for conspiring to sell cocaine.

The four other males, who are accused with Cyntije on one count of using a firearm in a narcotics trafficking offence, have entered guilty pleas and are awaiting sentencing.

Maxwell was initially released on a $500,000 bond following his arrest, but in August 2022, his bail was revoked for reportedly brandishing a gun and making a murderous threat on FaceTime. Maxwell promptly entered a plea guilty to the charge brought against him and agreed to serve at least five years in prison.
