Just imagine, in the ocean’s shadowy twilight zone, deep below, there are fish that gaze upwards through their transparent heads with eyes like mesmerising emerald orbs.
The barreleye fish (Macropinna microstoma) can see through its skull. In December 2021, the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institue (MBARI) shared a video of the barreleye fish.
It’s a DEEP SEA CREATURE that has a transparent forehead within that one can see its glowing green eyes!
Barreleyes live at extreme depths of 1,800 to 2,600 feet below the surface in Pacific waters between Japan, the Bering Strait and Baja Califaornia!
Amazing isn’t it? The fact there is so much that mankind doesn’t know off! We’re up on land, and there are huge, unimaginable creatures lurking beneath us!
With all of that, one can only think “DANNNG, GOD CREATED THAT?! AMAZIING”
