Whenever there’s a Tsunami Warning you would expect people to move to higher grounds & take precautions.
In Fiji, most people would do the exact opposite of running to safety.
They would see it as an invitation to “meet & greet” Mr Tsunami.
I feel like if people are not educated enough on Tsunami warnings they would actually resort to taking a “Sevusevu” & welcoming the Tsunami!
Is a tsunami warning not life threatening enough?
