The Fiji Rugby Union is having an important meeting on November 9, 2024, to choose a new Board of leaders. They’ve also created a new company, called Fiji Rakavi Football Union Limited, to handle rugby operations, as the original name they wanted wasn’t available.

A special committee has been formed to help with the Board election. The committee includes some respected figures like a university law head, business leaders, and a current board member.

Regarding concerns raised by former captain Waisea Nayacalevu and other players about unpaid money, an independent auditor is reviewing all payments to make sure everything is in order.
