Miriama Tuinawavu, Nakelo, Tailevu, is a married mother of one who works at First Landing Beach Resort and Villas.
Yesterday, with the help of some family members in Australia, she was able to fly out to Hong Kong to watch the 7’s tournament live and in person.
This comes as a big deal to Miri and her family as not only will this be her first time overseas, but this will also be her first time in an aeroplane.
Miri says she is super excited and she plans on documenting her trip so that she can always go back to it whenever she wants to in the future. So far, she has uploaded a video of her plane touching down in Singapore.
