Do you sometimes feel like you can’t make ends meet and that you would do some very questionable things just to survive?
That’s exactly what I think happened to a 60-year-old man in Thailand who deliberately stole three small bars of soap at a local pharmacy in his area.
The pharmacy has a clear sign that if shoplifters are caught, they will find themselves with either a fine or jail time.
In this case, however, the pharmacy staff were willing to drop the charges and overlook his thievery and some bystanders were even willing to pay for his fine, but he was just not having it telling them that he’d rather they call the cops on him instead of trying to make sure he stays free.
Whatever that man is going through, I hope he gets out of it soon.
