An Armenian man was caught advertising a very strange service online – he was offering to take the blame for other people’s driving offences for a fee so that they can keep their records while also keeping their licenses from being taken.
Of course, this would mean that points would be deducted from his own license, so for every point being deducted, he would charge the person between 75 and 200 euros ($167 – $445 FJD).
For a while, business was booming and this man was making mad paper.
The police was able to catch him and arrest him, but I’m still trying to figure out how to feel about this whole situation. Was he the hero or the villain?
In a way, I can see why he was doing what he was doing, but helping someone who consistently breaks road rules by taking the blame for everything he’s doing wrong is a different type of loyalty that I will never know because it could never be me.
