While the world was already hyped for K dot’s performance, he caught millions by surprise by throwing in the ultimate petty card: bringing out not one, but two of Drake’s famous exes.
Yes, that’s right bestie! Kendrick brought out two of Drakes exes namely singer SZA & tennis great Serena Williams – right in the middle of his performance of “Not Like Us ” a brutal diss track aimed directly at his longtime nemesis Drake.
SZA who dated Drake in 2009 was performing flawlessly and was noticeably enjoying her moment in the spotlight alongside the opposition (Lamar), but it gets even better, when Williams hops on stage. Drake who had dated Serena in 2011, even popped up to a couple of her matches looking like the ultimate fanboy. The tennis goddess rocked the stage in a custom varsity jacket with a big “A” on it a clear reference to K dot’s diss track.
