If there is one thing that most people can agree on is that waking up with a hangover is one of the best or worst things that can happen to someone. This is why we at FM96 decided to ask a question that most of us would want to know the answer to. The question:

These were some of the answers that were given by those who have had these experiences. However, according to doctors, the only way to get over a hangover, is to follow some of these tips:
- Fill your water bottle. Have a glass of water at your bedside. Do not treat your hangover with more alcohol. It’ll only make you feel worse.
- Have a snack. Bland foods, such as toast and crackers, may boost your blood sugar and settle your stomach. Egg-corn soup can help speed the process of getting over the hangover.
- Take a pain reliever. A standard dose of an over-the-counter pain reliever may ease your headache. But aspirin can irritate your stomach. And if you regularly drink alcohol to excess, acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) can cause severe liver damage even in doses previously thought to be safe.
- Go back to bed. If you sleep long enough, your hangover may be gone when you awaken.
