The Marvel Cinematic Universe is headed to the Quantum Realm for the upcoming film Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania.
The new film will be reuniting familiar characters such as Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer). Of course, as you can see in the trailer below, Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania also reveals Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) for the first time since the Disney Plus series Loki first teased his introduction.
It’s an exciting look at what’s to come and it’ll no doubt be a massive stepping stone for the MCU going forward. It’s expected that Kang the Conqueror will become a major recurring villain much like Thanos, though with a Multiverse-themed twist, and this is our first glimpse at that storyline.
In fact, this new film will be kicking off the MCU’s fifth phase of films and television shows.
