“True Story” mada 😃 hahahaha
There was one tamani big brawl in the stadium back in 1996
My friend’s uncle was there and his friend was the referee (or was it the linesman??)
ANYWAY
So the punching and kicking were going on in the grounds and uncle was up in the grandstand…
Suddenly Uncle saw this man take a flag (outline marker) and proceeded to whack his friend with it…
UNCLE WAS FURIOUS!!!! Especially to see this injustice (Oneside) done to his long-time friend
Uncle pointed to the falla who whack his friend and (being the good friend he was) started swearing and telling off the guy who whacked his friend..
That was when…. the falla holding the flag pointed back with the flag and said these words… “WAWA I KERI!!” (“YOU WAIT THERE!!”)
…and he called about 20 of his friends to go beat up Uncle who was among the crowd on the grandstand
Uncle, from being piped up furious… transformed very suddenly into something else…
He crouched down low and then duckwalked through the crowd…
He was trying to look for the exit… he was actually doing great, up until everybody was looking at him…
Because while the crowd was over THIS side… Uncle was still duckwalking over THAT side…
Uncle by this time didn’t have a crowd around him but was still duck-walking his heart out like there was no tomorrow!!
Legend has it he is still duck-walking to this day.
