If you’re shy or introverted, I know that sometimes you might find it hard to tell your boss certain news, such as quitting and wanting to work elsewhere.
Now, if you’re an introvert would u do something like this?
So, a man in India who was too scared to inform his boss about resigning resorted to cutting off four fingers instead of just saying directly that he was resigning.
This guy went to the police station and told them that he discovered four fingers were missing from his left hand.
He also told police that he was riding his motorcycle to a friend’s house when he suddenly felt dizzy and collapsed on the side of the road, only to find his left hand severely mutilated when he woke up 10 minutes later.
At first, police thought his fingers were cut off by someone to use in a black magic ritual, but as they dug further,
Their doubts only grew further when they looked into CCTV footage in the area where he claimed to have passed out, and they couldn’t find any evidence to support it.
Instead, CCTV footage showed him parking his bike near a ring road before walking away and returning with an injured left hand. When police questioned him about it, he admitted to fabricating the story.
According to the guy, he didn’t want to work at his relative’s diamond company anymore but couldn’t bring himself to inform his boss about it.
So, he cut off four of his fingers!
As such, he figured that losing four of his fingers would make him unable to work at the factory anymore and proceeded to cut them off.
So far, police have managed to locate three of his fingers which were dumped inside a bag and are currently extracting more information from him regarding the incident.
