A video of kids jumping off a flooded bridge is making its rounds on Facebook and TikTok.
The video shows kids jumping off the Namotomoto bridge in Nadi, with a few adults present. This happened after schools were closed down due to flash flood warnings to the Western division by the weather office.
It’s honestly sad to see some adults encouraging behaviors as such.

- Firstly, adults please, keep the kids indoors, monitor kids in your household! They are likely to get up to mischief when they’re bored, but it all comes down to what the adults come up with to keep kids occupied at home when schools close down.
- Secondly, KEEP AN EYE ON THE KIDS!
- And lastly, KEEP BOTH EYES ON THE KIDS!

- AWAYS stock up on essentials (batteries, flashlights, tin foods, candles, drinking water, in case of water disruptions, first aid supplies, etc.) in times like this.
