The children at the Fiji School of the Blind experienced a special Diwali celebration, as Digicel Fiji staff treated them to a feast of traditional Indian dishes and sweets in Vatuwaqa. Shally Jannif, Digicel Pacific Hub Markets Regional CEO, shared that the event was filled with festive joy, with gifts given to create lasting memories. She highlighted Diwali’s themes of light, hope, and new beginnings, emphasizing Digicel Fiji’s dedication to inclusivity and community support. CEO Farid Mohammed added that Digicel Fiji is committed to building a compassionate and inclusive society, seeing the Fiji School of the Blind as a symbol of hope.
